📦 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All Orders: We will process and ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
a. Domestic Fulfillment (U.S. Warehouse)
Applicable Products: Items stocked in our U.S. warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 7 business days after order processing.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
b. International Fulfillment (China Warehouse)
Applicable Products: Items not stocked in our U.S. warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
Air Shipping:
Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
Last-Mile Delivery: Within 7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–14 business days after order processing.
Sea Shipping:
Transit Time: 25–35 calendar days.
Last-Mile Delivery: Within 7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 32–42 calendar days after order processing.
3. Shipping Fees
Domestic Fulfillment:
Orders over $50: Free shipping.
Orders under $50: Shipping fee of $5–$10, as displayed at checkout.
International Fulfillment:
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Customs Duties & Clearance
Customs Policy: Effective May 2, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the de minimis exemption for goods under $800 from China and Hong Kong. All such shipments are now subject to applicable duties and taxes based on product type and declared value.
Clearance Responsibility: We will assist you with the necessary customs clearance procedures;
5. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order via the email address at the bottom of this page or by filling out this contact form.
6. Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will be responsible for any payment processing fees incurred, which are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
7. Shipping Tracking & After-Sales Support
